1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ViralVibe ("Service"), operated by NETHUB DUKEL ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ViralVibe is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule posts, analyze performance, and manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. The Service includes web-based tools, mobile applications, and related services.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Managing your own social media accounts
• Creating and scheduling content
• Analyzing social media performance
• Collaborating with team members (where applicable)

Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Posting spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to hack or compromise the Service
• Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

• Starter Plan: GHS 50/month
• Pro Plan: GHS 180/month
• Business Plan: GHS 250/month

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and exclude applicable taxes
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• We accept mobile money and bank transfers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free Trial

• New users receive a 14-day free trial
• No credit card required for trial activation
• Trial automatically expires without payment

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• ViralVibe and all related trademarks are owned by NETHUB DUKEL
• The Service and its original content are protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghana law, NETHUB DUKEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
